Job Description
Strategic Planning
- Cascade marketing objectives for each company based on the annual strategy map of each company and said commercial objectives
- Ownership of each company’s branding, corporate identity and tone of voice
- Responsible for the development of a digital marketing strategy and direction
- Responsible for the management of the annual marketing plans, ensuring all initiatives are completed timely and within budget
- Propose and manage marketing budget for each subsidiary company
- Advise commercial teams on best marketing tools to achieve commercial objectives, and oversee implementation
Digital Marketing
- Oversee the development of the monthly content calendar of all companies on social media
- Oversee design briefs and ensure quality control and consistent branding and tone of voice
- Responsible for the website continuous development in terms of content and relevance
- Responsible for the development of a cost efficient and effective SEO and SEM/digital advertising (sponsored ads, boosting plans) and its implementation
Design, production, and event management:
- Responsible for the selection, negotiation and oversight of designers/agencies for all production activities such as corporate profiles, printing materials, company booths, etc.
- Responsible for the management and execution of customer events and sponsorship opportunities
- Lead internal branding of all branches and ensure up to date state of all offices (in terms of branding)
Customer Experience
- Support customer facing teams in designing and optimizing customer experience online
- Design and oversee the development and implementation of tools used for customer NPS, quarterly satisfaction surveys, testimonials, and report on findings and recommendations for improvement
Public Relations:
- Coordinate with company management on a PR strategy, and manage its implementation to relevant outlets for paid content, coverage and advertorials
- Develop and build relationships with relevant network of reporters
- Develop linkages with business chambers, associations, etc. for the purpose of data gathering and marketing opportunities
- Oversee media monitoring and data gathering to serve commercial objectives
Managerial responsibilities
- Maintain team to highest level of performance by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Mentor and coach subordinates to instill company principles in junior population with an eye on succession planning, growth opportunities and T&D needs
- Participate in the Holdings leadership team meetings
- Attend company MBRs to stay afloat business updates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Economics, Marketing, etc.
- Additional certification in digital marketing/ performance marketing is a requirement
