Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and technology requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling of HP and POLY products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product recommendations to clients.
- Monitor account performance, track sales targets, and report on progress to management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies and client expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest HP and POLY product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.
- Experience in Carrying Quota and previous over achievement is a plus.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product information to clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Odoo.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a Must
