Job Description
- Manage the Refrigeration team and installation team.
- Follow up the work plan to ensure effective utilization of manpower and company resources.
- Work with operation to ensure manpower is being as planned for each project.
- Create Mechanical Schedule and Man loading charts on all projects.
- Consistently submit accurate, timely and complete estimates and change order quotations.
- Communication with warehouse for supplies allocation and preparation.
- Evaluate project completion profitability and choose the most efficient resources to use.
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment.
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Coordinate work with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Evaluate and recommend the appropriate conflict resolution solution.
- Execute project with the urgency required to deliver business value.
- Determine risk management options.
- Manage costs to ensure project budgets are met.
- Identify and solve construction issues on site.
- Plan and mange schedules
- Determine quality standards required for project deliverables.
- Plan and manage project closure.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience
- Availability to travel outside Cairo.
- Experience in construction projects & compounds
- Experience in Pile Work in Site.
- Ability to handle pressure and Challenging Deadlines.
- Good understanding of quality control and risk management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
