Job Description
Media Buying & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and AdRoll.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup: budgeting, bidding, creatives, targeting, and tracking.
- Run campaigns with multiple objectives (conversions, engagement, awareness, video views, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and maximize ROAS.
- Monitor SEO performance and ensure alignment with paid campaigns.
Performance & Growth Marketing
- Drive results across CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CAC metrics.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance daily to achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad copies, visuals, and videos.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.) for accurate tracking.
- Develop retargeting and acquisition strategies to boost customer lifetime value.
- Design and execute growth experiments and identify scalable marketing opportunities.
- Implement and monitor CRM tools for customer retention.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience in performance or growth marketing.Preferably experienced in the cosmetics or e-commerce industry.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics.
- Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets, A/B testing, and CRO.
- Creative mindset with a strong analytical approach.
- Knowledge of pixels, CAPIs, and tracking integrations.
