Job Description

  • Conduct customer needs/experience research to implement best practice methods and tools
  • Review existing touchpoints with customers and identifying gaps and areas of improvement
  • Design and improve customer experience and journey map before, during and after conversion
  • Design and improve customer feedback gathering process and communicate with different departments to incorporate customers feedback in the process
  • Design and launch customer loyalty programs
  • Create and manage project plan to ensure efficient and quality implementation of department processes
  • Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction and engagement levels
  • Establish monitoring process to ensure achievement of department objectives
  • Reporting and analyzing department results 

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience with customer experience design or similar roles
  • Fluent in English (B2/C1)
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Relationship building
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Project management skills
