Job Description

  • We are looking for a personal assistant to our creative director. 
  • Following her in her day to day working activities, taking consistent notes, and making sure that the information gets shared with appropriate parties. 
  • Coordinates the CEO’s calendar including meetings, events, tasks, and travel arrangements. Both on paper and online.
  • Consistent note-taking, and sharing information will appropriate parties.
  • Organize and plan meetings.
  • Handle high-level inquiries quickly, proactively, and follows through on tasks to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Provide backup support for the CEO's personal matters
  • Provide administrative assistance and planning for events and client meetings.
  • Drafts, edits, and proofreads high-level correspondence.
  • Reviews emails and prioritizes content.
  • Can work flexible hours.
  • Eager to learn about the trade and a multitude of creative fields.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments.
  • Can work primarily from locations in New Cairo.
  • Preferably can participate with the Creative Director in the creation of creative concepts.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work non-standard working hours.

  • Ability to deal with stressful situations.
  • Ability to deal with different creative characters.
  • Good time management.
  • Car owners are preferred.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Can communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent note-taker.
