Job Description

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Setting the objectives of the Finance Department, designing a framework for meeting said objectives, and overseeing the operations of the department
  • Performing a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company 
  • Simulating different scenarios using financial modeling  
  • Presenting potential scenarios and outcomes to the company’s senior management  
  • Managing the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents 
  • Collaborating with the senior management in developing and implementing funding strategies 
  • Examining financial and legal documents to verify their accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and principles  
  • Developing or recommending solutions for problems or challenging situations
  • Preparing business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts 
  • Developing financial reporting systems 
  • Finding ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes 
  • Analyzing market trends to identify and seize business opportunities and maximize profits 
  • Offering assistance to the senior management in making financial decisions 
  • Staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field of financial systems

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics 
  • More than 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager 
  • Sufficient experience in investment banking, business administration, and management consulting  
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, as well as solid understanding of business processes and system optimization 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of management in multiple areas
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting 
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks software 
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends within the company and across the market 
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and business administration
