Job Description

Position statement/summary

  • Successful candidates are responsible for assisting investors and buyers to make appropriate decisions regarding property purchase in Egypt. The suitable applicant is expected to evaluate the requirements and objectives of clients to identify their needs. 
  • In this role, there is a great deal of autonomy and this position is only suitable for sales candidates who possess excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Receive calls and emails from clients on behalf of developers to identify their needs and preference for a property purchase
  • Prepare and present business proposals
  • Conduct viewings with customers
  • Know the details of the projects, pricing, payment plans , layout etc

Job Requirements

Competencies

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in real estate field, with a proven track record of achieving sales target, is a must.
  • Determination to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great time management skills are essential
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Be exceptionally well presented
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Adept at Problem-solving
  • Must own a car
