For a premium Saudi Arabia Real Estate Developer Company Towers in Makkah.

One of the pioneers in the field of real estate and construction development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Side by side, We work  with specialized companies and their experienced teams in the field of construction, fields of property development and construction.

 

Real Estates Sales Manager is needed to sell premium Towers

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Target oriented.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Forecast Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly revenue expectations with predictability.
  • Help the team to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
  • Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new supplier by partnering with them Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives.
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities.
  • Manage the relationship to generate more opportunities.
  • Oversee planning for following years business plan.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To undertake other duties as requested.
  • Manage budgets and update financial records.
  • To manage the Sales team to achieve the above, through.
  • The setting of objectives for all team members.
  • Performance management.
  • The support and development of the team.
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements …etc.).
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • Big 4 / Real Estate Developers experience is highly advantageous & Experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in premium Real Estate units .
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM software and real estate sales technologies
  • Knowledge of International real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
  • V.Good command of English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Manager in Premium  Real Estate Developers
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • People management skills
