Job Description
- The Senior Patient Experience Specialist designs, implements, monitors and maintains an effective system-wide program to achieve target outcomes for identified metrics. This position defines achievable goals and guidance on recommended Best Practices,The Senior Patient Experience Specialist develops and provides customized training based on individual area performances. This position is integral to service excellence/service recovery and will lead organizational programming efforts based on trends from patient satisfaction data. This will also include the coordination of staff recognition for employees/faculty/staff who put the core concepts of patient- and family-centered care into action.
