Job Description
- Will be responsible for the management and leasing activity for a diverse commercial asset portfolio including office, and retail properties. ( Our Administrative Offices, Medical & Commercial units, plazas, strip mall, and malls are located in Sheraton, 5th settlement, 6th of October and Obour)
- Will report to the CEO, collaborate with the commercial team on facilitating the day to day management responsibilities and work closely with the outside brokers, and CEO on the leasing process from the initial phase to lease execution.
- Must have commercial real estate management and leasing experience
- In summary- tenant sourcing, rental negotiations, compiling of lease reports, managing retail leasing process, lease renewals, tenant relations, tenant mix.
Job Requirements
- Degree or equivalent level of education in any discipline
- 5- 7 years as a Leasing professional (real estate industry is a must))
- Good understanding of tenant mix and zoning.
- Knowledge of leasing contracts.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of Leasing market and practices in the local market
