Job Description
- Track all legal cases filed by or against the company.
- Track collection process and overdue amounts of the company’s credit customers.
- Create files for credit customers and follow up on their signature process.
- Register trademarks, patents, intellectual property and trade secrets.
- Create business legal reports and correspondence, and effectively presents information to senior management.
- Respond to all the legal inquiries from regulatory agencies.
- Conduct internal investigation with employees.
- Conduct background check on the newly hired employees from the legal perspective.
- Coordinate with external law firms and organization legal consultants in all legal aspects.
- Report company’s accidents to the police stations (vehicles, employees, assets and products).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in law (License).
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years
- Relevant industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent command in English language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
