Job Description
- Prepare financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
- Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
- Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Record all the financial data of the company (vendors – clients – sales - expenses), contracts and make invoices for any sales and analyses every financial data.
- Organize the sale contracts and enter their full data to prepare the final report and to track payment to supplier upon every transaction.
- Do the store inventories and all of the other inventories of all of the company's assets.
- Review the bank statement of all of the company accounts.
- Do All of the tasks that may assigned to him by the financial manager.
- Fully responsible for the cash transaction (in / out), according to the company policy and according to the financial circle of documentation.
- Do the registration and processing of: Finance, Payment, Daily accounts, Sales invoices, Statistics and reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience is required at least 3 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Attention to details.
- Excellent knowledge experience in Egypt Tax rules & regulations.
