Job Description
- An IT Service provider company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Sales department in providing its clients with complete IT solutions.
- The Sales Manager's job will be to open communications with their existing clients and generate leads to offer the company's portfolio which includes structured cabling, network, security, end-user, and virtualization solutions as well as managed services.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and managing a pipeline with potential opportunities to track and achieve the sales targets. Moreover, they will be responsible for hiring and recruiting a team as well as assigning sector to those team members and set the overall sales strategy of the company.
- The Sales Manager will maintain personal relations with the clients and conduct regular visits to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- The Sales Manager must maintain all the activities on the in-house CRM/ERP system for reporting and tracking the opportunities and potential clients.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years selling IT solutions and services
- Must have good knowledge in Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Sophos, Dell, Commscope, Legrand and how to position such solutions
- Must have experience in working with the Public sector in public and limited tenders' processes
- Must have a record of achieving their targets
- Must have experience in dealing directly with the vendors and securing potential deals
- Must be presentable and have excellent communication skills
- Must be familiar with Managed Services portfolio
- Must be able to commute
