Job Description
- Follow up on implementing all the OSS (Office of Student Services) policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with all departments regarding providing the services to the students as per SU's standards to ensure the satisfaction of the students.
- Monitors the reception of the problems, complaints and petitions of students (current and alumni) from various university social media sites and e - mail and works to resolve them in cooperation with the relevant departments (administrative and educational) to ensure that students are satisfied with the services provided.
- Assists in work on university admissions to ensure that students are satisfied with the services provided and that university policies are implemented.
Job Requirements
- University graduate.
- 7 - 10 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English Languages.
