Job Opportunity: Call Center Representative (24/7 Coverage) – Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Representatives to support our U.S.-based operations remotely from Cairo, Egypt. This is a long-term position with stable hours and opportunity for growth.

Location:

Cairo, Egypt (Work-from-home setup or office)

Schedule:

12-hour shifts, 6 days per week

One fixed day off

Coverage required for both day and night shifts (based on assignment)

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls, messages, and task requests professionally and promptly
Coordinate service-related activities such as scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
Run reports and verify information across systems
Assist with arranging transportation, supply orders, and tracking logistics
Submit and organize documentation accurately and on time
Review invoices and maintain task accountability records
