Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Creative Copywriter/Content Creator to craft compelling and innovative content that captures audiences and drives results for clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a flair for storytelling, the ability to develop unique brand voices, and the expertise to produce engaging content for diverse platforms, including digital, social media, video, print, and advertising campaigns. The Senior Creative Copywriter will collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, designers, and strategists to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Content Development

Create original, persuasive, and impactful copy for campaigns across various platforms, including websites, social media, digital ads, print, video scripts, email marketing, and more.
Develop and refine brand messaging, tone, and voice that resonate with target audiences and align with client objectives.
Translate client briefs into compelling creative concepts and copy that inspire action and achieve results.
Collaborate with art directors and designers to ensure harmony between visuals and written content.

Campaign Ideation & Strategy

Brainstorm and conceptualize campaign ideas with the creative team, delivering innovative approaches to meet client goals.
Conduct research to deeply understand client industries, audiences, and competitors, ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of the copy.
Present ideas and concepts to clients, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.

Editing & Refinement

Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards.
Provide guidance and feedback to junior writers to elevate the overall quality of work.

Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor junior copywriters and provide constructive feedback to enhance their creative skills.
Work closely with account managers, strategists, and performance marketing teams to align creative work with overall campaign objectives.
Maintain open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their vision.

Performance Analysis

Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, using analytics and feedback to refine messaging and optimize future work.
Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and impactful.
