Sunlight Labs is an e-commerce company growing on TikTok Shop into a major sales channel.

This is a retainer based, full-time role. You will be accountable for consistently completing the core operational tasks that keep TikTok Shop running and growing, with revenue and ROI as secondary performance indicators.

You are the single point of contact for everything TikTok and will own the channel end-to-end:

Daily / Weekly Activities

Creator/Affiliate Outreach & Management: daily outreach via email/DM, build and maintain a creator list/CRM, coordinate product sends, confirm deliverables, and follow up until content is posted. Track creator output (posts, links/codes, dates) and maintain organized records.
PPC / Ads Management: manage TikTok Shop PPC campaigns—set up campaigns, adjust budgets, manage targeting (where applicable), test creatives/offers, monitor ROAS/CPA/CTR/CVR, scale winners, and pause under performers. Write "W-" before your name if you read this part.
Listing Management & Optimization: Write "W" first in your subject if you read this part. Create, update, and maintain product listings (titles, images, descriptions, variants, pricing, promos). Ensure accuracy, compliance, and ongoing conversion improvements through structured testing.
Promotions & Merchandising: plan and execute discounts, bundles, flash deals, and campaign calendars; coordinate timing with creators and inventory.
Reporting & Task Tracking: provide weekly updates on completed actions (creator outreach volume, creators posted, campaigns launched/edited, listings updated, promos run) plus performance snapshots (revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, refund rate).
Fulfillment Coordination: coordinate with the fulfillment team to keep inventory accurate, prevent stockouts, resolve order exceptions (cancellations/delays), and keep order flow smooth.
Customer Support Monitoring: monitor TikTok Shop customer messages and route/resolve issues quickly to protect shop health and reviews.
