Role Overview
We are looking for a Communications/Admin Assistant that has the knowledge of import/export to support our team in managing day-to-day email communication, coordinating with clients, and keeping our operations flowing efficiently.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our gallery partners and play a key role in ensuring timely, well-written replies and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Manage main inbox: sort, flag, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Draft and send clear, friendly, and precise email replies (in English, and optionally French).
Maintain communication logs and follow-up schedules for client inquiries, quotes, and projects.
Prepare basic documents: price lists, service proposals, delivery confirmations, etc.
Liaise with subcontractors and team members for coordination and scheduling.
Support the director in admin and communication-related tasks.
Ensure consistent tone and presentation aligned with STIL’s brand (warm, professional, reliable).
