Hr specialist experience in Real state field ,

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws and company policies

Assist in the recruitment and selection process (posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews).
Prepare and maintain employment records and onboarding documentation.
Support new hire orientation and employee integration programs.
Maintain and update employee data in the HR system (HRIS).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate and follow up on employee performance evaluations.
Support training and development initiatives.
Participate in payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
Assist in organizing HR-related events and initiatives
