Job Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Online Co-Host to support the smooth operation of a short-term rental property. This remote role involves managing guest check-ins/check-outs, handling bookings and inquiries, coordinating with cleaners, and ensuring excellent guest experiences that lead to 5-star reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle online check-in and check-out communication with guests
Manage booking calendar across platforms (Airbnb, etc.)
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, messages, and special requests
Coordinate and schedule cleaning services between stays
Monitor property reviews and address guest concerns professionally
Ensure guest satisfaction from booking to post-checkout
Update pricing, availability, and listings as needed
Help drive positive guest reviews and ratings
