Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa Reservation Specialist to manage and process travel visa applications for clients traveling to different countries worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate visa information, preparing documentation, coordinating with embassies and consulates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on visa requirements, application procedures, and processing times for different countries.
Collect, review, and verify all required documents such as passports, photos, travel insurance, and financial statements.
Prepare and submit visa applications to embassies, consulates, or online platforms.
Communicate with embassies, consulates, and clients to track application status.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with visa regulations and travel policies.
Maintain updated knowledge of international visa rules and requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide alternative solutions when needed.
Manage appointments and schedule interviews for clients when required.
