We are launching a new modest fashion brand that celebrates elegance, confidence, and cultural authenticity for teenage girls and young women. Our mission is to redefine modest wear by blending creativity, comfort, and quality. As we build our brand, we are seeking a passionate Brand Lead to oversee product development and manage the end-to-end manufacturing process and act as the focal point from design to the final product.

Role Summary:

The Brand Lead will be responsible for managing the full production lifecycle—from design handover to final product delivery—while ensuring brand standards, timelines, and quality expectations are consistently met. You will serve as the key point of contact between our internal teams (design, marketing, management) and external production partners (factories, suppliers).

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the entire production workflow from concept to delivery.
Translate design concepts into clear production briefs for factories.
Research & Select the best manufacturing partners to develop the product, ensure production timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are met.
Track and manage sampling, prototyping, sizing, and bulk order approvals.
Monitor production schedules and resolve any issues related to delays, materials, or quality.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
Maintain organized documentation for SKUs, specifications, and technical sheets.
Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the production process.
Research and source sustainable, ethical, and high-quality materials as needed.
Build a community & focus groups and manage offline events to increase the brand awareness and grow our customer base.
