Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Arabic-speaking Social Media Specialist based in Egypt to develop, manage, and grow our company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, with a deep understanding of Egyptian culture and market trends, to create engaging content and drive audience interaction across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the Egyptian audience, aligning with brand goals.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality Arabic content (posts, stories, reels, ads) that resonates with local audiences.
Manage social media accounts, including content posting, community engagement, and responding to comments/messages in Arabic.
Design and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta Business Suite, ensuring effective targeting and ROI.
Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) using tools like Hootsuite, Canva Analytics, or Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated on Egyptian social media trends, hashtags, and influencers to enhance campaign relevance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns (e.g., Ramadan promotions, local events).
Ensure content adheres to brand voice, cultural nuances, and platform-specific best practices.
