Achieve the assigned target as per our agreement.
Follow up with the clients and update them on all the needed information.
Negotiate and discuss product quality, production time, prices, delivery, and payment terms and conditions.
Ability to have phone calls if needed and respond immediately to all emails or any other social platform such as (Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn) messages professionally based on the agreed scenario.
Follow up customer complaints and recommend solutions to get customer satisfaction.
Building Key accounts and customers relationship to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare detailed sales reports to be ready for the monthly / quarterly meetings with the Management for discussions.
