Internship Description


The intern will learn:

  • Support for preparing offers and tenders.
  • Handling other correspondents in English and Arabic
  • Provide all kinds of Admin works that enable the sales department team to run the business efficiently and effectively to achieve the company goals.
  • Prepare all activities related to meetings, preparing management reports/letters/forms, time schedules, and follow-up actions to support and facilitate their activities.
  • Coordinate/communicate with other departments in terms of providing and exchange data information…etc.
  • Deliver and complete all kinds of secretarial responsibilities and works related to sales activities in terms of (typing & printing, faxing, photocopying, phone calls, filing, mailing, etc.…) to support the sales team to run their business activities effectively and in a quality way.
  • Perform other tasks upon request.
  • Sourcing candidates via a job posting, checking online platforms, asking for referrals
  • Phone screening to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Arranging hiring formalities
  • Other tasks as assigned by the HR and Talent Manager.
