Job Description :
- Place, amend and orders, liaising with other service partners
- Provide change information of planned shipments to schedulers and scheduling admin team, particularly Customers.
- Manage Delivery Status – take ownership of delivery status enquiries and troubleshooting; proactively tracking and Business Partners as required.
- Delivery Schedule Support Service - proactively call out to Customer, to manage Delivery issues
- Schedule standard and non-standard orders
- Process Returned Product.
- Monitor the price difference /month and issue CR& DR to consolidate the customer statement
- Issue the Scrap invoices on daily bases
Duration: 6 months
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor degree at any discipline.
- 0:1 years of experience at supply chain or customer Service.
- English Proficiency is A must.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Graduates Only.
