Job Description:
- Posts all Journal entries related to Accounts payables and receivables as assigned
- Posts all Fixed assets entries are posted and calculates their depreciation regularly.
- Monitors all the treasury activities: cash in and cash-out transactions and reports and discrepancies.
- Assists in preparing Bank Reconciliation statements.
- Supplies financial data needed for issuing Trial balance and other financial statements and reports (usually on monthly basis)
- Prepares all tax-related requirements
- Validates the payment requests of contractors and suppliers and ensures their conformance to TAMEER’s policy, the actual progress of service performed, agreements, and pre-set budgets
- Processes that Payments in a timely manner as per payment terms and agreements and TAMEER’s policy.
- Manages and continuously updates contractors and supplier payable accounts.
- Analyses tenders and generates reports of all expected costs for management to make the right decisions
- Reviews and validates letters of Guarantee’s terms and conditions.
Duration:
6 Months Paid Internship with the possibility of hiring based on performance.
Internship Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Commerce or any related field to Accounting or Finance.
- Preferably graduated from International Schools.
Language Skills :
- Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent English pronunciation.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft office pack (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint).
Experience:
From 0-2 years of experience in Accounting.
