Internship Description
Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about "Recruitment, Performance management, Personnel, OD, training & development”.
- Creating the job description, advertising, screening the CVs, and interviewing the candidates.
- Post new positions on websites and job boards
- Assist with screening resumes and applications
- Send offer and regret letters
- Coordinate interviews
- Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
- Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
- Proofread HR documents
- Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
The intern will learn: Learn about the key requirements, duties,Knowledge, responsibilities, and skills that required to be HR .

- A final year student or recent graduate.
