Internship Description
- Provide administrative support to the team in managing daily activities, and coordinating task between different team members
- Provide support to the CEO in the prioritization of workload and responding appropriately and filtering requests on their behalf.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for meetings, preparation of agendas, minutes and papers.
- Responsible for follow up with end users in providing customer service.
- Following up with different investors emails and coordinating them with different team members
- Responsible for organizing and communicating the senior management on call; maintaining, coordinating and distributing the on call documentation weekly to managers.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
