Procurement Internship - Alexandria

Job Description:

• Conduct ongoing communication and negotiation with established vendors and new vendors to achieve company’s goals and targets.
• Responsible for Inbound, Outbound and distribution contracts to optimize the cost and get the best customs clearance days and Service level.
• Ensure all activities related to sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies to meet operational, project and program demands to support short, medium and long-term objectives.
• Practicing timely delivery of materials from vendors, tracking purchase orders and working alongside the requested department and the accounts payable department to ensure that requested deliveries were received in full and are being paid on time.

Program monthly compensation Starts 2,500 EGP and subject to increase every 6 months based on performance.

Contract Duration: 6-months Renewable Contract based on performance and business needs for a maximum of 2 years.

Bonus: A quarter bonus is applied for interns with extra-ordinary performance & support in their departments.
