Job Description:
- Assist the sales team in identifying new leads and client opportunities.
- Participate in client visits, site meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Support in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Learn how to use CRM tools to track and manage client interactions.
- Conduct market research and help analyze trends and customer data.
- Assist in preparing for trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Shadow senior sales engineers to learn client communication and consultative selling techniques.
- Support in writing sales reports and documentation as part of the team’s workflow.
The intern will learn:
- Fundamentals of technical and industrial sales in a real working environment.
- Basics of corrosion control solutions, cathodic protection, and protective coating systems.
- How to prepare sales proposals, BOQs, and client quotations.
- How to use CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Soft skills such as client communication, team collaboration, and presentation techniques.
- Insights into B2B sales cycles, project handling, and customer engagement in engineering sectors.
- Exposure to the working culture of an engineering services company.
