- Apply HR policies and procedures through on-the-job training in order to provide HR service to internal customers.

- Participates in specific tasks allocated by superiors in order to support the achievement of desired objectives within agreed quality and time requirements.

- Assist in responding to basic day-to-day customer requests for information or advice to help support the HR requirements within defined departments.

- Responsible of having a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sources (recruitment e-mail account, employment fairs, recruitment agencies, referrals and walks-in).

- Assist in Prepare Job Descriptions to all newly hired and ensure that each employee receives his own JD.
|
- Responsible in placing employment advertisement
|
- Effectively participate in employment fairs to build employer branding.
|
- Assist in conducting Competency based interviews.
|
- Effectively apply all GSM forms related to recruitment and hiring.
|
- Coordinates between the selected candidates and the managers in arranging for interviews.
|
- Participates in making Exit Interviews.
