Job Description:
 

  • Apply HR policies and procedures through on-the-job training in order to provide HR service to internal customers.
  • Participates in specific tasks allocated by superiors in order to support the achievement of desired objectives within agreed quality and time requirements.
  • Assist in responding to basic day-to-day customer requests for information or advice to help support the HR requirements within defined departments.
  • Responsible of having a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sources (recruitment e-mail account, employment fairs, recruitment agencies, referrals and walks-in).
  • Assist in Prepare Job Descriptions to all newly hired and ensure that each employee receives his own JD.
  • Responsible in placing employment advertisement
  • Effectively participate in employment fairs to build employer branding.
  • Assist in conducting Competency based interviews.
  • Effectively apply all GSM forms related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Coordinates between the selected candidates and the managers in arranging for interviews.
  • Participates in making Exit Interviews.
