Internship Description
The intern will learn:
- How to Design and develop training programs.
- Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
- How to Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Duration: 3 Months
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or under grade in any discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience preferably in HR field or related field.
- English: Very good

- Strong communication skills
- MS Office proficiency.
