Internship Description

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts, including supply, sales, procurement, loans, and banking facilities.
Ensure all contracts are compliant with statutory and legal requirements.
Assess and highlight legal implications that should be brought to management’s attention.
Conduct internal investigations with employees and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
Assist in reviewing the company’s internal policies to ensure compliance with the Egyptian legal system.

Internship Requirements

BSc. in Law
Graduates of the years (2025,2024, 2023) ONLY
Alexandria Residence ONLY.
Males applying should have a defined Military service status (Complete exemption or served)
Excellent profession in using Computers and MS office is a MUST.
Excellent English, Commands both spoken & written.
Ability to work in a team and individually
