Job Description:
- Participate in defining SITA Academy development programs and curriculums.
- Coordinate the Academy programs and follow up with participants.
- Promote Academy programs to different target audience.
- Develop periodically the development programs to youth and business candidates.
- Work closely with business partners to collaborate towards the development of youth talents and skills.
The intern will learn: Talent Development Programs, Coordination of tasks, Project Management

- Graduate in Business or equivalent
- Self-motivated, dynamic, flexible and presentable

- Has good use of Digital Media & Conference calls tools
