About the Internship
- Before you apply, the job location will be in Sheraton Heliopolis, its a desk job not remotely, therefore if you live far away it won't be feasible nor practical so please don't apply.
- You will be maintaining different WordPress websites, theme, modification, security, maintenance, optimization of the server-side and so on.
Job Brief
- We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.
- The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple social media accounts.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Responsible for managing Social Media channels, and online replies to customers.
- Design, create and manage promotions and Facebook ad campaigns
- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Internship Requirements
- Up to 1 years of experience in social media marketing.

- Listing products on different websites
- Proven working experience in social media or related field
- Good knowledge of media strategy and planning.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English and Arabic.
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- Capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
- Desire to be a team player on a winning team
- Effective management of business presence across social media channels including, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Always informed on the latest social media trends.
- Basic photo editing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- SEO knowledge is a plus
- Good customer services
- Able to analyze and interpret data
