Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Will be assigned in gathering information on new applicants, contacting references, and informing employees of their hiring status. This member of the HR team is also often responsible for;
  • Maintaining, scanning, and archiving current HR files and databases.
  • Make screening, Initial phone interviews and has experience in recruitment
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar entry records
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
  • Answering employee questions if asked to.
  • Processing incoming mails
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings
  • Maintaining calendars of HR management team
  • Preparing Reports
  • Creating and distributing documents
  • Participating in recruitment efforts
  • Organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Administering new employment assessments

The intern will learn:

  • Will be involved with nearly all programs and services that relate to a company’s human resources division. His/ Her work, which is often decidedly administrative in nature, involves in documenting, Archiving,  reports Entry, and maintaining records, efforts in Recruitment Process, Personal Process and some Compensation and Benefit Information.

Internship Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any Discipline, Business Administration or HR Study is Preferable.(Fresh Grad./ Undergrad.)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office ( Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)
  • Worked in recruitment and personnel
  • Very Good Command of English Language.
  • Flexible in accepting working hours.
  • Eager to Learn, and Interested in HR Field.
