Internship Description

Job Description:  

  • Collect, Research, Record training content (Material) and control it on the LMS.
  • Ensure that training content is uploaded, reviewed, and published on LMS.
  • Enroll and Provide support to learners on using the LMS. 
  • Use all inputs from users, subject matter experts, trainers and other learning and development personnel, to enhance the learning experience on LMS.
  • Manage, coordinate & audit On-Boarding and On Job training requests.
  • Ensure that managers (mentors) assign the correct training profiles to all individual employees based on job requirement profiles.
  • promote an environment of teamwork and collaboration by sharing information, or issues with solving problem attitude.
     

Internship Start date: 29/08/2021

Duration: 2 months

Internship Requirements

  • Excellent in MS Office.
  • Ability to follow and repeat procedures and standards with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to independently prioritize work.
  • Ability to solve problems using good judgment and discretion.
  • A high degree of customer service working with internal customers from all levels of the organization.
  • Team player with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Can start immediately.
