Guided is looking for a social media moderator
Tasks:
- Managing customers' requests & inquiries
- Understanding and promoting company products
- Maintaining client records and managing their needs
- Generating leads
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Providing management with feedback on successes and areas needing improvements
- Drive traction and sales leads for our B2C and B2B products
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Duration: 8-10 weeks
Internship Requirements
- Energetic with good analytical skills and presentation
- You should have good customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You will need to use your own laptop.
