Internship Description

Guided is looking for a social media moderator

Tasks:

  • Managing customers' requests & inquiries
  • Understanding and promoting company products
  • Maintaining client records and managing their needs
  • Generating leads
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Providing management with feedback on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Drive traction and sales leads for our B2C and B2B products
  • Build relationships with customers and potential customers

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Duration: 8-10 weeks 

Internship Requirements

  • Energetic with good analytical skills and presentation
  • You should have good customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will need to use your own laptop. 
  • A mobile line will be given to you with all the expenses needed
