Job Description:
- Prepare a pipeline for all hospital nursing positions in order to reduce the vacant days.
- Target outdoor recruiting channels for better recruiting selection to fill any open vacancies.
- Monitor the performance of nurses- in coordination with the organizational development team in order to analyze the current and futuristic needs and requirements.
- Fill any new appeared open vacancies by posting & publishing new ads, screening, filtering, contacting & interviewing the applying candidates.
- Apply selection activity in alignment with Andalusia group’s vision, values, and strategic plan.
- Conduct & handle interviews to select according to the required criteria.
- Perform the first (personal & technical) interview, arrange second level and other levels interviews then receive appropriate feedback.
- Check employment papers to be delivered to payroll on the hiring date.
- Document daily activities.
- Database management.
- Send offers to accepted candidates, negotiate to meet candidate expectations, and receive their confirmation.
- Apply fair and robust selection processes, ensuring correct skills and behaviors are placed in the right roles.
- Follow-up references and check credits.
- Research and develop recruiting leads.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure they are fully advised of processes and progress, ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience.
- Orientation will be delivered to the newcomers regarding their departments, colleges, and BU directors.
- Supporting role in solving the Nursing employee's issues or problems and retaining productive and unique employees.
The intern will learn:
Recruitment Intern for Nursing- responsible for attracting the most suitable nursing candidates with optimum qualifications in order to be representing Andalusia Group using various resources such as, Social Media or Employee Referrals; Retain experienced Nurses while growing a strong talent relationships network.

Internship Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- Max age: 30
- Males or Females
- Maadi residents or nearby areas
- Very good command of both written and spoken in English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- HR Certificate holders are the most preferred
- Negotiation skills
- Quick learner
