- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the IT Service Desk, the phone or email and Responding in a timely manner.
- Install and configure software packages as operating systems, business programs, and other office tools that are required.
- install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drivers on user’s premises.
- Monitoring, diagnose and repair computer systems , Hardware and networks.
- Register IT assets on related application and notify their direct reporting line in case of shortage.
Internship Requirements
