Job Description:
- Sales Development Representative is responsible for being the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients by: answering queries, offering advice, nurturing and qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel and introducing new products.
- His/her work includes: demonstrating and presenting products starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Nurturing leads who have shown interest in our client's solution.
- Reaching out to potential customers who have never engaged with the product or solution (cold prospecting)
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools ( Salesforce, Pipedrive) , CRM tools and Google tools.
- Managing numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of the customer product and being able to react to objections and competitive questions
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Establishing new business
- Maintaining accurate records
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
