CyberTalents is looking for a talented and motivated Event Coordinator to manage its cybersecurity CTF competitions, programs, and other events and be responsible for executing the process as planned.
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge all the event process details.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare the promotion.
- Coordinate with other departments and parties to ensure that the process is being executed as planned.
- Reach out to partners and sponsors to support the event.
- Follow up with the participants before and during the event either through email or any other communication channel.
- Monitor the event process and adjust it accordingly when needed.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the plan.
- Assess the event’s overall success and submit findings.
Internship Start date: 1st of February 2022
Duration: 3 months
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations is preferred.
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Paying attention to details.
- Fluent English written and spoken.
