Internship Description
Operations Intern:
- You will be responsible for developing and executing the operational plan for a video on demand platform, supporting other team members to achieve company goals.
Job Description:
- Work under the commercial team on projects that may include content operations
- Collaborate with key internal departments such as operations and marketing
- Support the brand’s optimization and growth strategy from operations perspective
- Work on content management system (CMS) to change or amend content listing and categorization
- Support with additional tasks to help deliver brand's commercial objectives.
- Daily check and update the content metadata to take corrective actions or to create reports
Internship Requirements
Requirements:
- You are currently a senior at a 2+ year university in marketing, marketing management, operations, operations management, or similar department. Or you are a graduate with previous work experience (i.e., at least a 3-month internship or summer job) in the related field.
- You have advanced skills in excel
- You have excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- You can work on a flexible schedule.
- You are organized and self-disciplined and can manage your time and deliver output by prioritizing workload even with conflicting deadlines
- You are positive and open-minded, with a strong can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- You are self-motivated, proactive, driven, and able to work under pressure
- You are a team player and able to work collaboratively across functions
