The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for answering clients’ questions and tackling any emerging issues that they might face accurately and efficiently. The goal is to ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports and provides superior service via phones, e-mails, and chat as a receiver and caller
  • follow-up on customer inquiries and complaints that is not fulfilled or resolved on queue ensuring
  • full customer satisfaction.
  • Answers inbound calls and responds to customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide quality, efficient and non-judgmental telephone customer service to internal and external
  • customers.
  • reforms the necessary & right action on systems and tools in order to fulfill the customer request
  • properly and maintain the company’s financial position.
  • Recommends process improvements to facilitate the Customer care work and delight the

customers.


 

Internship Requirements

 

  • University Degree.
  • 0 to 1-year experience.
  • Fluent English (advanced command of both written and verbal English)
  • Experience in the customer support role
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude

Duties:

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Report daily work and any issues that arise to the Customer Success Manager on a regular basis.
