Job Description:
- Follow up with employees' contracts, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure that employees’ files are complete and accurate
- Prepare weekly and monthly attendance.
- Work on the attendance Deductions.
- Build databases to include every detail.
- Maintain proper communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- Support all personnel activities.
- Organize and archive employees' files.
- Assist with other HR functions if needed.
Duration: 3 months
Internship Requirements
- Good English Level.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Good User of Microsoft office.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and with others.
