Job Description:

We are hiring a customer service representative intern to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Responsibilities :

  • Review and qualify leads from several communication channels.
  • Handle orders placements and feedback from the clients
  • Handling incoming inquiries in a timely manner via telephone, e-mails, web, and other possible channels in a professional and friendly way.
  • Obtaining details of the caller and about the inquiry for further processing.
  • Ensuring good customer service in the most efficient manner adhering strictly to company trade, quality, -safety policies & code of conduct.

Internship Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • Fair knowledge with Ms
  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
  • Excellent Communication and Soft Skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • 0-1 year of experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply).
  • Must be a graduate.
