Internship Description

  • ProCrew is a partner of LamasaTech (UK), an award-winning B2B technology provider, Diyafa-group (KSA), and a partner of Ocucon (UK),  becoming the largest provider of video analytics services. We believe that success is based on outstanding service, delivered consistently by enthusiastic and visionary people.
  • We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven sales intern to join our excellent sales team. The sales intern will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

      Responsibilities:

  • Updating documents and sales records.
  • Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
  • Assisting managers with negotiations.
  • Calling customers to follow up on leads or to answer questions about services
  • Build strong and successful relationships with clients.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospect
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Internship Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in business to business sales (preferably in the software industry)
  • Fluent English (advanced command of both written and verbal English)
  • 0-1 year of sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
