- Handle correspondence and manage routine and detailed work
- Maintain archiving and filing system
- Keep records and correspondences
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Follow-up detailed minutes
- Data Entry
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Performs any other assigned duties by the direct manager
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Good in MS Office
